It’s time for another segment of Blast from the Past! For this edition, we are back with Malaysia’s first national car, the Proton Saga. Introduced in 1985, the Mitsubishi Fiore based sedan is perhaps the genesis to the Malaysian national car industry.
What we found here are some old TV advertisements introducing the Proton Saga in the Internet. Watch it for nostalgic reasons, but I’m pretty sure 90% of us will not agree with the outcome of the advertisement here. Still, glad to see Proton grown well in the past 25 years.
