“Once in a while we (Lamborghini) should do one-offs or special editions. In this case, we made the concept (Sesto Elemento) and then got enough interest to make a limited run”, said Lamborghini CEO, Stephan Winkelman. The Italian company surprised everyone when Winkelman announced that they will put the impressive Sesto Elemento concept into production.
This £2 million carbon fibre-bodied machine, weighing at 999 kg is packed with 570 horses. Powered by a V10 power plant, it accelerates as fast as the 1183bhp Bugatti Veyron Super Sport, 0-100 km/h in 2.5 seconds.
Here’s even a better news, Winkelmann revealed that this very limited-production Sesto Elemento is only the beginning. There will be more so such limited production supercars to come!
